The Supreme Court considered a request from Kentucky’s Attorney General Daniel Cameron to uphold a law banning and abortion procedure used in second trimester abortions. The hearing focused more around Cameron’s legal stance to do an appeal than on the law itself. However, it appears the court will side with Kentucky’s Attorney General.
