President Donald Trump has initiated a lawsuit against Facebook to demand the reinstatement of his accounts on Facebook and Instagram. Trump’s social media accounts were banned from not only Facebook and Instagram, but also Twitter as well, following the Capitol Hill “riot†on Jan. 6. Trump’s lawsuit argues that by keeping his accounts banned, Facebook is hurting Republicans and restricting their ability to reach out to potential voters in the upcoming midterms and presidential elections. You know there is something wrong when social media giants censor the President of the United States, but not the terrorist leaders of ISIS.
