Since the Palestinian authority has decreased the fight against Hamas and Islamic Jihad, Israel has stepped up in their fight against terrorism in the west bank area. The IDF has been working to dismantle a Hamas cell near the Gaza Strip. Arrest raids have taken place in different locations with some being arrested and others killed by the Israeli forces.
