Justice Samuel Alito defended the Supreme Court sentence where the Justices upheld Texas’s law banning abortions after a heartbeat is detected. Even though mainstream media and some politicians have criticized the Court for the procedure, Alito said that, “the truth is there was nothing new or shadowy about the procedures we followed.†The dangerous thing is the picture that media and politicians are painting about the Supreme Court by questioning normal procedures for political reasons.
