California Governor Makes Permanent Change with Mail in Ballots

On Monday, Governor Gavin Newson signed in to law that every registered Californian voter will receive a mail-in ballot. However, they will still have the option of being able to vote in person. Essentially what this sounds like is even more fertile ground for voter fraud to take place. California joins a few other states that have mail-in ballots for all their registered voters including Utah, Colorado, Washington, and Oregon.
