Nancy Pelosi wants to hold the vote for the $1 trillion Infrastructure Deal before October even though Progressives wanted to postpone the vote until the Reconciliation Package is ready. If the Infrastructure Bill passes without a vote for Biden’s spending plan, the $3.5 trillion package would most likely not pass. If the Infrastructure Deal is rejected by progressives, that could prolong the political turmoil among Moderates and Progressives in the House, and most likely would cause Moderates to reject any Progressive Bill.
