Israel hit Hamas in the Gaza Strip after six Hamas prisoners escaped from an Israeli prison. Israel caught four of the fugitives again, but the other two are still on the run. The attacks came as a response to three rockets launched from the Gaza Strip of which two were intercepted by the Israeli defense system. Hostilities continue as Hamas makes impossible a peaceful solution for the region.
