Republican Governor of South Dakota Kristie Noem, signed into law a bill that bans telemedicine abortions. This law prevents abortion pills sent via courier, mail, delivery, and telemedicine and prevents them being distributed on state or on school grounds. Governor Noem stated that Biden is working harder to make it easier to end the life of an unborn child, and she goes on to say that it will not happen in South Dakota.
