Reinstatement of School Teacher Who Criticized Trans Pronoun Policy Upheld by VA Supreme Court

Objectivity 4.8 | Credibility 4.7 | Relevance 4.6

On Monday, the Virginia Supreme Court agreed to keep an injunction reinstating Christian school teacher Byron Tanner Cross in place. Cross was placed on administrative leave after expressing opposition to a policy that requires teachers to use the preferred pronouns of trans-identified students during the May Loudoun County School Board meeting, although he did so in his personal capacity. This is a big victory for Christians, who seem to be the most targeted by such policies.
