U.S. Leaves Large Caches of Equipment and Weapons for the Taliban Under Misguided Withdrawal Plan

A government watchdog has reported that the U.S. military is leaving behind 75,000 vehicles, 600,000 rifles, and 208 aircraft in Afghanistan. Adam Andrzejewski, CEO of Open the Books said that since 2001, the U.S. has spent $83 billion on Afghan security forces through training and equipment, which pretty much just went straight to the Taliban.
