The Biden Administration has to implement a Trump era border policy due to a court ruling. The MPP, known as “Remain in Mexico” program, was suspended by President Biden. MPP prevents illegal immigrants from being released in the U.S. before their case was processed. The decision of restituting MPP comes amid a border immigration crisis caused by Biden’s policies.
