North and South Korea Agree to Restore Communication

North and South Korea have both agreed to improve ties, despite a 2 year-stalemate in U.S. led diplomacy aimed at stripping North Korea of its nuclear weapons. According to Blue House spokesman Park Soo Hyun in a televised briefing, President Moon Jae-in and Dictator Kim Jong Un agreed to, “restore mutual confidence and develop their relationships again as soon as possible”.
