94% of Sailers say Surface Navy Leadership in Crisis

A new Congressional report on the U.S. navy found a whopping 94% of sailors interviewed believe the “surface Navy suffers from a crisis of leadership and culture”. With an increase of administration burdens, American sailors have less time with combat related training and honing mission-critical skills. The report warns, “The noncombat curricula consume Navy resources, clog inboxes, create administrative quagmires, and monopolize precious training time”.
