Hungary Holds the Line on Christian Values

On Tuesday, Hungary’s Parliament approved legislation that bans advertisers, media organizations, and broadcasters from promoting homosexuality or transgender narratives in their content to minors. In a 157-1 vote, the law was proposed with the foundation of protecting the children and stopping pedophilia throughout Hungary. Prime Minister Viktor Orban of Hungary is dedicated to holding onto the country’s Christian roots and values. Taking this sort of stand, in this political climate, may create quite the backlash for Orban.
