China is finding out, all too late it seems, that having children does more than grow a population. A 2016 policy that limited citizens to two children did not produce the desired effects for their economy, causing them in 2020 to raise the birth limit to three children per married couple. Communism does not follow this particular command of God and the impact is evident.
